Welcome to the Technology Integration and Evaluation (TIE) Research Lab website.  The TIE Research Lab is a Canadian Foundation for Innovation funded research laboratory that unites the research interests of co-directors Dr. Valerie Irvine, Dr. Allyson Hadwin, and Dr. Jillianne Code from the Faculty of Education at the University of Victoria.  TIE Research Lab infrastructure includes state-of-the art technology to be used in research on a range of topics that vary from the integration and evaluation of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in education to computer-based learning environments that support self-regulated learning.  You can view video archives of our TIE Research Lab Innovation Forum which was funded by TELUS and held in the summer of 2011.
